Victoria's Rosetta Stone

I chose this because I not only love the Spanish language but because it very easily displays 3 key factors of leadership.

1. creates a change
2. motivates you to do better
3. enables you to come in contact with people you were not capable of meeting had it not been for that particular leadership

these are all important because a part of leadership is creating a change and just like in Rosetta it changes how you communicate with others and how you make your subject known.
 I also chose Rosetta Stone as a leadership analogy because a leader has to motivate people to follow and Rosetta Stone has to do its job to keep people motivated to continue learning a different language.
lastly, I chose Rosetta stone because it just like leadership without it you would not have been capable of meeting and talking to certain people without it.
